We are able to offer you or your business one off parts or mass-produced with great precision.

No human can produce and reproduce parts as accurately as a C.N.C. machine; the accuracy of our machine is ± 0.05 mm.

With a cutting area of 1300mm x 2500mm and a maximum thickness of material at 100mm we are able to accommodate most standard formats of material.

Are you creating jigs and templates to produce parts?

We have the technology to accurately produce these curved parts.

Or if you prefer, we can produce those templates and jigs for you with great accuracy.

Router services - 3D carving

Our C.N.C. machine as been recently upgraded with the latest AutoCAD based software, which enables us to import AutoCAD compatible files or we can create a new AutoCAD drawing based on your drawings or sketches.

Router services - engraving

We charge our services on an hourly rate. The time is determined by the design time, preparation of materials, tooling cost, setting up time and machining time.

No job is too small for our C.N.C. router and we are capable of machining a wide range of material which include wood, plastic, aluminium, MDF, plywood’s, laminates, fibre glass, carbon fibre, melamine, foam and much more.
